Expansion into Leeds
We have recently opened a Leeds office that will provide services to
our customers based in the North.

Expansion into Bath, Somerset
We have recently opened a Bath office that will provide crystal report
online training services to our customers based in the West Country. We
have found the locality to be ideal and close to several commercial
centres. Our business ethos of offering our staff flexible working
arrangements has driven this move.

New Innovations
We have started to provide online support and crystal report writing
for our existing clients, and have created partnerships with them to
facilitate report writing in a more "real time" fashion. We are now
able to remotely logon to customers PC's and view reports they have
issues with and resolve the issues there and then. This is a step into
the future with the aim of providing a complete customer management
reporting
service.

Quality Control
As a company we have started the ISO 9003 certification, in addition we
provide all our customers with fully documented reports, and provide
online support to rectify any reported errors. We aim to respond to all
issues within 4 hours. The consultant in charge of the client account
will always be the first port of call for any issues, as he/she will
have knowledge of the customer and the crystal
reports
that have been
created.

Open House
All our reports are fully editable by the customer and the customer is
free to make any changes they feel are appropriate. At the end of a
consultancy we provide a "master" CD with all reports created.
